John, Paul & Heather along with many of our friends from the LDS Church, joined an event to benefit the Pakinson's Alliance. There was a 5K run & 1M walk. My family did the 1 mile walk. It was such a fun family event with friends & people from all over, helping a good cause. Paul ran the entire 1 mile, while John & Heather walked briskly. I wish I could have paritcipated also, but my foot is not completely healed yet. I was happy to just cheer them along. :) We all plan to go again next year!
