Heather is cooking!
Heather likes to borrow books that describes the culture about Philippines (I'm so proud of her!). She borrowed a book with a recipe of a dessert that I used to eat when I was young. It is a powdered milk candy with flour, sugar, butter, vanilla & of course, powdered milk. She wanted to try to make it with my help & we had such fun!
